The shetland pony wins a two horse race

It was a 3 horse race for the gold jacket following 2 rounds with nothing separating Baz, Woody and Hummer. Early in round 3 that changed when Hummer forgot how to play golf (including doing an airswing on the tee). However, undeterred, Baz and Woody fought like lions across the 18 holes - playing each other in the singles match they ended up halving which was enough for Baz to take gold jacket glory. It was a battle for the ages and the winner truly deserved the spoils. We just can't mention free drops out of bunkers during round 2 or else we risk this years gold jacket having a Bazterisk.

Uncut absolutely dominate the cup

Lead by captains Damo and Bundy, this was a team that wanted victory. And it became clear pretty early on that they were going to get it. Day 1, Uncut only dropped half a point. The never-seen-before new shirt for the second day was a strategic masterstroke and if Cut had any thoughts of a comeback they were quickly dashed by the dashing looking Uncut lads. Days 2 and 3 saw Uncut be just as good and the adptly named sperm whales finished on top of their opponents uninterferred with and a 16.5 to 6.5 winning margain.

Course Ratings

Royal Pines we saw a thunder storm end the round early for a couple of groups. A bloody siren went off and we were off to the clubhouse.

Lakelands unsurprisingly, had lots of water.

Hope Island had lots of kangaroos.
